OUR COUSINS FROM REGENSBURG

Johann Baptist Brehm, one of the sons of Valentin Brehm and Franziska Horn, was born in 1860 in Hofheim in Unterfranken.
He worked as Dampfschiffahrts offizial, in other words in a shipping company, probably the Danube Shipping Co. . He lived in Regensburg.
Johann Baptist Brehm married Wilhelmina Pichlmayer and had at least two sons:

- Wilhelm Johann Brehm, born in Regensburg in 1896. Johann Wilhelm became a writer, using the name Wilhelm von Tarnowitz. I believe that at some stage of his life he lived in Koln, but he died in Dachau, in 1976.

- Franz Xaver Brehm, born in Regensburg in 1900. Franz died also in Regensburg in 1982, it is quite possible he lived there all his life.

Both got married, but i do not know if they had sons. I guess that, at least, if Franz had sons they were probably born in Regensburg, maybe they still live there.

Johann Baptist Brehm, einer der Söhne von Valentin Brehm und Franziska Horn, wurde 1860 in Hofheim in Unterfranken geboren.
Er arbeitete als Dampfschiffahrts offizial, mit anderen Worten in einer Reederei, wahrscheinlich der Donau Shipping Co.. Er lebte in Regensburg.
Johann Baptist Brehm heiratete Wilhelmina Pichlmayer und hatte mindestens zwei Söhne:

- Johann Wilhelm Brehm, in Regensburg im Jahre 1896 geboren. Johann Wilhelm wurde ein Schriftsteller, mit dem Namen Wilhelm von Tarnowitz. Ich glaube, dass zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt seines Lebens lebte er in Köln, aber er starb in Dachau, im Jahr 1976.

- Franz Xaver Brehm, in Regensburg im Jahre 1900 geboren. Franz starb auch in Regensburg im Jahr 1982, ist es durchaus möglich, lebte er dort sein ganzes Leben.

Beide heirateten, aber ich weiß nicht, ob sie Kinder hatten. Ich vermute, dass, zumindest, wenn sie wahrscheinlich Söhne Franz in Regensburg geboren wurden, vielleicht leben sie noch dort waren.
